Along with sticking to the diet and taking a supplements, you should also workout for about 30 minutes, several times a week. Chances are you have decided to go on the zone diet because you want to make some kind of lifestyle change. If you choose to lose weight or just be healthier then the zone diet is the way to go. Check with your doctor and then make the changes necessary. If you are a soda drinker change to water. Even if you drink diet sodas they can claim to have 1 calorie but they will cause you to want to eat and that will kill any chance that you may have to lose weight.
