What are the best home teeth whitening treatments? Many people want to find ways to make teeth whiter naturally and without harsh bleaches that can lead to tooth damage after repeated use. While many professional whitening approaches are very effective, more people are opting for home whitening techniques they can do themselves.

Why Whiten Teeth at Home?
A quick visit to the dentist for a whitening procedure is the stuff of dreams. Many procedures require several visits. Repeated visits cost time and they can cost considerable money as well. Many people are looking to home whiteners for convenient, cost-effective alternatives.
The good news is that many home whitening techniques offer professional results for a fraction of the cost. Anyone who has shopped for these items knows very well that choosing the right technique can be confusing with all of the different options available.
How to Choose A Home Whitening Kit
Those who have sturdy teeth and gums have more options to consider than people with sensitive teeth do. It is important to discuss natural tooth whiteners with your dentist. Some of the following conditions may be aggravated when using some products, including ones with natural ingredients.
• Gum disease
• Sensitive teeth
• Abscess
• Cavities
• Gingivitis
Anyone with these conditions wants to get approval from a dentist before using a home whitening kit. In addition, people who have false teeth, crowns or caps will not have effective results using home whitening kits.
Natural Ingredients
Many home whiteners contain harsh ingredients that can lead to sensitivity in the strongest teeth. Many people find that some of the products can make teeth a little too white and they can lead to significant gum irritation. The solution to these problems is finding products that have natural ingredients.
Look for products that are non-allergenic in order to assure that gums and teeth are not significantly affected by the whitening ingredients. Products that can contain natural ingredients include:
• Whitening gels that are simply applied to the teeth and allowed to skin in. This approach can be effective but don’t expect very dramatic results from products containing natural ingredients.
• Whitening toothpastes also offer subtle results that are great for people who want a little lightening without flashy white results.
• Whitening trays that conveniently fit to the teeth are a little pricier than gels and toothpaste but they do yield results that are more dramatic.
• Whitening strips are convenient products that offer great results. Typically, you can expect to use these whitening product once or twice a day, for about 30 minute intervals.
Natural Home Remedies to Whiten Teeth
Consider some older home remedies for yellowing teeth that have been used for many years. These should be used with the guidance of your dentist.
• Lemon and salt rubbed on teeth can take away yellow stains. However, this approach can wear away enamel as well.
• Baking soda is an excellent choice that naturally whitens teeth while freshening breath. This mild abrasive may not be appropriate for everyday use.
• Peroxide is a questionable approach. Some whitening kits contain this bleaching agent but it should be used with great caution.
White teeth do not have to cost a fortune and you don’t have to disrupt your busy schedule in order to see results. Home teeth whitening treatments are available, offering convenience and cost-effectiveness.

Between me and my partner we’ve tried more beauty enhancers over time than I care to count, including tooth whitening, male makeup, lol, products that have boswelox (A load of boswelox if you ask me
) But, the last few years I’ve come to the conclusion that none of them work. Why? Because whatever we try theres one thing we cannot freeze, thats getting old
. Anybody had success with any other items that would stop my negative view? Please give me back the joy of spending and hoping, lol.
