Avocado help increase blood flow which decreases blood pressure. Avocados can help you from becoming diagnosed with high blood pressure which can lead to a stroke. Eating deep water fish like salmon that is rich in omega 3 can help reduce the signs of aging. Omega 3 helps keep your brain function healthy.
Nuts and seeds are a natural anti-aging solution because they contain vitamin E. Vitamin E is needed to keep your brain at the top of its game and fight against the declining functions. Whole grains, brown rice, and oatmeal are also good to keep risk of cardiac disease away.
To wash all of this down you can have a glass of freshly brewed tea. Freshly brewed tea has antioxidants that increase blood flow. Since black teas do not contain caffeine it is important to use it wisely.
