Steps for How to Reduce Puffy Eyes

If you are unable to prevent the puffiness around your eyes, be prepared to reduce that puffiness when you wake up. Have a cold water eye mask ready to go. Usually, this only needs to be applied for a few minutes to see results. If you don’t have a mask, you can use ice that is wrapped in a thin towel. Wet tea bags also seem to work well.

Turn to your vegetables for help. Use slices of potatoes or cucumbers on your eyes for about fifteen minutes. This isn’t as fast as the cold water eye mask, but it does work. Another alternative that isn’t talked about as much is to apply hemorrhoid cream to the puffy eye area.
