You should have three servings of dairy each day, but this can be replaced with three servings of soy. You must cut sugar out of your diet, and you must only eat meats with the fat trimmed off. You should have at least 2 cups of fruit each day, and at least 2 cups of vegetables per day. You should eat approximately 48 grams of whole wheat or whole grains each day as well.
