Hydrating Mask With Honey and Milk

Mix in a bowl one egg yolk, the juice of half a lemon, a tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of milk. Mix until a homogeneous content. Apply the mask on your face, neck and torso and leave it on for half an hour to act, then rinse it only with water. You should apply this mask twice a week, in the evening, after a bath or a shower.

Refreshing Fruit Mask

This mask is highly energizing. Use: two tablespoons of milk, juice from half an orange, a crushed banana, three slices of kiwi and an egg yolk. Mix them well. The mask is applied after cleansing the skin (after showering in general) in the evening, leaving it for half an hour to act, and then rinse with water. The mask is recommended once a week.

Intensively Regenerating Mask

You need to use a bag of clay of your choice. Mix an egg yolk in a bowl with two tablespoons of olive oil, 5 drops of oily vitamin A (you can find it in pharmacies), half a teaspoon of honey, the juice from a quarter of a lemon, and two tablespoons of milk. Mix the composition until it becomes a homogeneous cream, and then gradually add the clay powder, continuously mixing, until you get a thicker paste. Apply the mask in a thick layer on your face, neck and torso and leave it on for an hour to penetrate your skin, then rinse it with warm water. Use this mask once a week.

Intensively Hydrating Mask for Dry Skin

Mix the following ingredients in a metal bowl: a tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil, juice from half a lemon or orange, and 10 drops of vitamin A. The mixture is then put to simmer and heated until it feels hot on the skin (be careful, the composition shouldn’t boil; also, make sure you do not burn your face). The high temperature mixture opens the subcutaneous vessels (so the skin becomes red) and provides good absorption and a nourishing mask applied to the skin from the inside; this way, nutrients and oxygen are being brought through the blood. Soak some thin pads (possibly obtained from handkerchiefs) in the hot mix and apply it on your face. Renew the compresses every 5 minutes. Compresses are re-wet 6 times. You should apply this mask every two weeks in the evening. Rinse the skin with water. The mask is applied only after a careful cleaning of the skin.

Abrasive And Moisturizing Mask

Mix the following ingredients in a small bowl: an egg yolk, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of yogurt and a tablespoon of olive oil then add a heaping teaspoon of corn powder. Mix the contents, then  apply the mask on your face with a gauze or sponge, and massage for 5 minutes continuously. The mask can be also applied on the body. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove it with water. This mask is recommended for rare use – once every three weeks.
