Wait a minute, are these only for women? Nope. This is why we are calling them “Kegel PENIS Exercises”. They started out as exercise techniques for pregnant women, to help them cope with labor. They are very simple to do and involve your pelvic muscles. These are the muscles that hold your bladder and rectum. Your pelvic muscles can become weak with time, you will notice if you have a weak pelvic muscle when you release a little urine while lifting heaving objects or when you are simple straining yourself.
Ok But how do I do them?
Simple, first you have to locate your pelvic muscles. You can do this by stopping the flow of urine while you are peeing. Stop and start to feel for the exact locations. Once you have found it, start by doing slow contractions with these muscles. Contract them and release, hold it for 5 to 10 seconds at a time and release it.
You can do them anywhere, driving home from work, writing on the computer, in the moves, anywhere. They are quick, simple and effective.
2) Eat more watermelons
Did you know that watermelons contain huge amounts of citrulline? This is the stuff that makes your blood flow smoother by relaxing the blood vessels. As a matter of fact, Viagra works in a similar fashion. It dilates blood vessels in the penile area allowing more blood to flow through.
All you need to do is try to eat a complete watermelon once a week for a few months and measure the effectiveness. An easy way of doing it would be to create your own shakes.
Slice up a few pieces every day and throw them in the blender with a little water. Try to make them into 1 liter drinks a day and this should clear up the whole watermelon in about 1 week.
